General Function

Student Services manages actions related to academic, administrative, and financial processes to ensure optimal service provision and student satisfaction at the institutional level.

Timely attention to requests, complaints, information requests, and other requirements associated with academic and administrative processes.

Assistance with all institutional services and procedures.

Guidance on processes and procedures in accordance with institutional regulations.

Active listening to students' perceptions of all services provided by the institution.

Early review of processes associated with course registration and enrollment in each academic cycle.

Option 1. Pathway:

What is the undergraduate Pathway program?

Our undergraduate programs prepare students for direct entry into the first or second semester of a wide range of university degrees at top U.S. universities. Learn more about the Pathway undergraduate program, and see our list of U.S. universities for more information.

Who is the program for?

The Pathway program is designed for students who want to fast-track their academic success. The program is ideal for students who:

Want to study for a professional degree in the U.S.
Want to live and study with American and international students.
Need to improve their English language skills.
Have lower GPAs than required for direct entry students.
Do not have SAT or ACT exam scores.
No official English exam scores are required for higher education institutions.
Desire additional academic, linguistic, and cultural support.

What is a graduate program?

Our graduate programs prepare students for direct entry into a master's program at a leading U.S. university based on the student's profile. Students will develop their academic knowledge, English language, and study skills while taking graduate courses at a top U.S. institution. Conditionally Accepted to a U.S. University:

Conditional acceptance is available for numerous institutions, and the requirements vary depending on the selected institution. To receive conditional acceptance, here are the following requirements:

University application.
Copy of passport.
High school diploma officially translated into English.
High school diploma translated to the American grading standard.
A minimum GPA ranging from 2.0 to 4.0.
Application fees vary by university and the number of institutions.
These requirements are the same for both undergraduate and graduate conditional acceptance.

Option 2. Fair University Placement:

Zoni Language Centers partners worldwide can directly enroll students in U.S. universities as long as the students already have TOEFL and IELTS scores. (Graduate admissions GRE or GMAT depend on the institution)

This means that students will not need to attend an English program with Zoni.

Here's how it works:

Requirements for Undergraduate:

Copy of passport.
High school diploma officially translated into English.
High school diploma translated to the American grading standard.
University application form (online or paper).
Transcripts for the last 3 years translated into English.
Minimum GPA ranging from 2.0 to 4.0.
Application fees vary by university and number of institutions.

To obtain an I-20 from the accepted university, the applicant must show the following:

Personal financial statement (balance must reflect the equivalent of 1 year's estimated tuition).
If someone else sponsors the student, they must submit: Sponsor's financial statement along with the Affidavit of Support.
I-20 application form.

Requirements for Graduate Degree:

University application form.
University transcripts officially translated into English.
Transcript translated to the American grading standard.
University diploma copy.
Curriculum Vitae (CV).
3 references.
Minimum GPA ranging from 2.5 to 4.0.
Application fees vary by university and number of institutions.
Evaluation of credentials by WES or NACES (depending on the chosen institution).

To obtain an I-20 from the accepted university, the applicant must show the following:

Personal financial statement (balance must reflect the equivalent of 1 year's estimated tuition).
If someone else sponsors the student, they must submit: Sponsor's financial statement along with the Affidavit of Support.
I-20 application form.
